Exit to Act 4 - Can`t find it

Just so everyone is aware. In the PC version, the door opens up at the top right of the Sceptre once youve beat Dominus. In the Xbox One version(which I just confirmed myself) it does not open. So you need to go to town, use the waypoint, and go to Act 4 Aqueducts.
