Dynamic Resolution doesnt work

Hi,

Since 3.0 launch Dynamic Resolution scaling doesnt work for me nor my friend. We both use AMD graphics cards.
Dynamic Resolution fps target is set at 60fps. Changing any video settings has not made a difference.
I even drop down to 30 or 20 fps in maps now and no change.

Sometimes very rarely Dynamic Resolution does kick in - when I get some bigger freezes (blowing up a big pack with Abyssal Cry with 0fps for 1 second).

I also played in Beta and then Dynamic Resolution scaling worked really well and performance was great. Now after launch its pretty bad.

My graphics card is AMD Radeon R9-270.
My CPU is Intel G3258 Processor overclocked to 4.4GHz.

Same here, mine is set to 60fps aswell, and the dynamic resolution does not work, no matter the situation i find myself in.

I have an Gtx 1050ti and an i3 6100.
Same here. GTX 1060 6GB, i7 6700.
Same here, also gets waay worse performance overall vs beta, and testing around with gfx settings makes no difference at all :(
I noticed that Dynamic Resolution works on fullscreen, but noticed that my game is stressing the cpu and gpu much more when I'm in fullscreen and the temps go up by 10 degrees Celsius which I really don't fancy. When in window the game is rarely stressing my PC as much as fullscreen, and in order Dynamic Resolution to work I need to put the target at 60 and my graphics respectively go potato mode (it doesn't look good). Also my FPS in fullscreen is capped at 60 with drops coming then and now and DR kicks in (but I want to mention the stress that my PC goes through).
GGG need to fix DR in windowed mode. All in all GGG need either to bring back the old 2.6.3 look or fix the existing problem. I don't know about you guys, but I won't be playing Fall of Oriath for a long time if they don't manage to find a fix. It'll be pity, I love this game so much and have over 300h in steam. :(
you in DX 11?

That matters too. If you only experienced dynamic resolution in beta then I'd check and make sure you have your standard client in DX 11
Ofcourse Im using DX11. DX9 is unplayable for most people anyway.
Dynamic Resolution does not activate @ any target framerate

pc spec

i5 2400
8 gb ram
nvidia 1060 3gb latest drivers 384.94

before i had a 750ti that worked with dynamic resolution well.
Same issue. Dynamic res doesn't do anything regardless of what frame limit I set it to.

i72700 @4.3ghz
8gb ram
nvidia 1060 6gb latest driver
I'm having the same issue on my PC.
Dynamic Resolution doesn't work at all, doesn't matter how low my fps drops (goes below 30 with burning ground).
Setting it to different fps values also had no effect on it.

Specs:

OS: Win7 64-bit
CPU: Intel i7 3820
GFX: Nvidia GTX 1060 (latest drivers)

edit:

Just noticed that dynamic resolution seems to kick in at the very start of the game when it loads up in town but then never comes back. Hope we can get some feedback from ggg on this soon.
