Game crash

Ive tried every setting. Nothing works. I cant even access the first area of the Ascendancy trial as it consistently crashes before I get in. It crashes about every 3 loading screens almost consistently. I wouldnt be able to progress if I didnt have friends to portal me back to places. The games is essentially unplayable.

2 days and no response. Really regretting supporting GGG at the moment.

No change, still can't play.
