i had high hopes after the last restart, i made it to fetid pool, killed about half the zone, then it crashed. just black screen with the menu mouse cursor. had to kill the process, it also seems to have screwed up my gfx driver.

Crashing in Tidal Island and Fetid pool, game is unplayable please fix.

Same here, getting constant crashes when entering Fetid Pool. Screen get`s black. POE can only be closed by by ending process in task manager.

I am getting crashes almost every 8+-4 minutes without particular pattern behind them. Started in caves, but i had one at the ledge too. Weird.

got back in, was able to finish fetid pool, then used a portal back to lionseye and it crashed

Same issue. Appears to be AMD-related, as it's my driver that keeps crashing.
Windows 7 x64 running a Radeon HD 7800. Drivers up to date, tried a bunch of different graphics settings, crashing constantly in The Submerged Passage and the Flooded Depths. When I switched to fullscreen mode I actually got a series of exception pop-ups after the driver crashed. Hoping for a fix soon, also feeling a bit deflated. "There is no shame in falling to a god. not sure if this fixed it, but i changed my display to windowed fullscreen then manually selected the direct x version and now it seems stable with d9, d9ex and d11.
