Found three in the first couple weeks, and not a single one since then. Got two Kaom's Sign and a Thief's Torment.

I only used 3 keys, got crap out of them, but cybil's paw does look nice foil ;)
although I stopped playing sometime in the third month, up until that point I found maybe 12 or 13 keys, sold all but the 3 I used. Path of Exile is STILL one of the most hardcore, time-greedy, soul-crushingly unfair games on the pc today. - CharanJaydemyr

Found one in Cruel Kaom's Dream, iirc. Maybe it was Merciless but I don't think so.
