Hello seems a very solid 3.0 starter build , im almost sure that this is going to be mi first 3.0 character.
Only 1 question remains for me unclear (and im pretty noob on the game mechanics), what mods can/can´t do this build , is it like the normal summoner build that u can spam alchs and go mapping?? , no matter much what mods we get? or is there anything that cannot be done? like -res etc???.
And now it comes another one XD...
What content can i aspire to do with this build???, i know that i can perma farm shaped strands and up to tier 13 with ease no? but what about the rest of the high end content???? (guardians, shaper, uber lab/atziri etc) are they doable??? do it take 129837192873892 exas to do it??? is even viable for this build?

Although my Legacy build isn't exactly like Ghazzy's build, the concept is the same. I reached over 1000 strength and was a MoM variant (although I'm inclined to believe a blood magic life variant is more tanky). I've attempted to do Phoenix and Hydra and have managed to do both. I've also done atziri. Bosses are also trivial. I have a +2 6L but even before obtaining that this build felt very powerful.
As someone who has never played a summoning build in PoE, I have absolutely no idea why you are using Desecrate. A quick explanation for idiots like myself might be nice.
Might be trying this out in 3.0 as I usually play the same thing over and over again as a league starter, and I find myself playing PoE for an increasingly shorter duration every league.

Desecrate is to be able to use offerings when you got no corpses around.

The build can do any and all content without any major problems. I would recommend not to go for Uber Atziri in a hardcore league unless you're feeling very comfortable with the playstyle and knows the ins & outs of the fight. (Uber Izaro is fine).

As chockdoo described, vs bosses where there might not be available corpses for you to Flesh Offer, the desecrate allows you to get that on demand, on top of giving you a good start of a map as well :)
