[3.6 Video Guide] Beginner's Guide SRS Baron Life [HC/SC/Atziri/Uber Izaro/Shaper Viable]

I was mainly aiming for SRS since it seemed the most solid from what I was able to gather from your guides and videos.

Is this build viable for T16/Shaper/Uber Atziri with a 20-50 EX budget? And would you recommend going +3 bow into +3 Empower for those of us who don't plan on having a RL in the next couple weeks?

Also, have you some theorycrafting numbers on single target dps with different gear stages and know, whether the 2 million dps sweetspot is attainable for shaper farming?

So with this build I ran into a question that I hope you can help me with. I was able to get this staff to try out the build and it made me question something for when I run this build in the new league.


So as you can see I crafted a plus to cast speed onto the staff and my question is is this staff good enough to remove the cast speed and just craft the Blood Magic onto the staff? Or should I just use this staff as is until I get one with cast speed already rolled onto it and then craft the Blood magic onto it?

Just want to know in case in the new league I'm able to get a cheaper 6 link staff earlier without cast speed.

might be possible, you can get the over 2 million dps for a few seconds... when vaal haste runs off, you lose quite a bit, as long it's active, you could keep it up

can you Update the Lvl Skill-Trees pls i´m a rly Nooby at this Game and the Skill-Tree is over 9k with that many options to skill something :D

Just wanna get the new trees right before 3.0 starts so that i can do the SRS for my starter bc this is awesome!! Would be nice if you had the time to renew the skill trees :)

Yes, yes it is. However, I want to note that I do NOT recommend this for HARDCORE UBER ATZIRI, due to the AI change it has turned slightly risky to do in hardcore.

My recommendation stays with the Staff because of BM among a few other reasons which is unavailable on the bow. The Empower is the best 6th slot gem as long as it is lvl 3 or 4.

Regarding the DPS you'd have to bring everything in to Path of Building and run the calculation that way, sadly, I'm not a fulltime streamer and am studying now, merely popping in today to respond to all questions on the threads then I have to study for an upcoming test on Monday! Due to lack of time I haven't sorted a PoB for this build. Shaper shouldn't be a problem as it's been done without the Baron as SRS before :)

Hey,

The cast speed obviously helps, but then again you won't notice the difference that much with SRS anymore. Also, the BM craft has an obvious higher priority than cast speed :)

People have killed Shaper with SRS builds without the Baron, this build does a lot more damage than those, so it shouldn't be a problem. Then again, since I can't confirm it I would like to underline the suggestion to not test it in hardcore.

Thanks for the build, also thanks for letting people know it will of course still be good in 3.0. SRS IMO is a very fun build that everyone should try at least once, and the baron version is a great one to try.
