Just let US pay for and control a league. All the settings. It's to the point where your game would be better run by the community.

Mayhem + Legacy. Each map (including progression) has two mods, one from Mayhem, one from random leaguestone. Change every hour like in Mayhem. It will keep things interesting and everyone on their toes!
