If GGG were serious about feedback they'd set up targeted surveys to gather real data instead of just a big fucking whinge-bin we all know they're not reading as thoroughly as necessary to find the gems.

Seems like a no-brainer but in some ways GGG haven't evolved beyond that very small scale operation from five years ago.

With the disorganized nature of it all, it seems like more a way to make some extra cash than anything else. Which is fine. They've been spread thin with the console version development and likely need some more income to hire extra bodies.

And the new mtx system, which allows for swapping mtxes between characters on the fly, means I'll have a LOT of wasted mtxes, which is just dead money now.

Maybe GGG figured people who have a lot of mtxs would enjoy easily switching? I don't know. Even when I had those, I rarely used them.
