Can I use Queen of The Forest instead of Perfect Form?

You can, as it makes gearing (resists) a bit easier, but you lose some other bonuses, like 30% spell dodge chance or free Arctic Armour, meaning you will be more vulnerable to fire and physical damage. You will also more then likely lose some movement speed (not really important, but makes a small difference while picking up currency and other stuff while you don't use Whirling Blades).

If you have QoTF, especially with proper colors, use it, but if you are just about to buy a new armour, you are better off with Perfect Form.

Life, critical strike multiplier, attack speed, physical damage etc. are best, resists if you need any to overcap as well.

What bandits to take for 3.0?

I'm thinking Alira, biggest dps boost out of 3, also helps overcap resistances. 2% physical damage reduction is pathetic, and we also don't scale normal dodge, so other bandits aren't usefull.

However with good equipment and high resistances, 2 points will be better then any bandit.

Hc viable, league starter?

League starter definately yes, but I wouldn't recommend it for HC. Apart from small amount of evasion and VP, we don't have other defensive mechanics.

You could possibly run Grace instead of Hatred, never put Abyssus on (Starkonja instead) and spec into Acrobatics for added mitigation, but your damage will suffer. Haven't tried it, so wouldn't recommend it.

i think i'm gonna start with this version of build if wont get hard nerf with 3.0 release notes.

on PoB, i dropped the lvl to 80, removed damage flasks and also removed the 6th link, converted your original pastebin to 3.0 version, removed rings and amulet and used double touch of anguish so i can get a true starter form of this build with really low budget.

here is the question with all those self made damage nerfs i'm still getting 800k+ mapping dps 486k+ shaper dps. is there something special about blade flurry skill ? like eventho PoB shows 1m dps the actuall dps can be lower kinda special thing ?

if those numbers really the real life case and nothing tricky i think i will definitely start with this build :)

For mapping dos make sure you got Frenzy enabled and lighting trap disabled, as you aren't likely to use it.

Lightning trap also gone down from 50% to 15 or 20, and I don't know if PoB been updated yet as I'm at work :)
But yes, dps is very high with this build, blade flurry is great for single target and converting everything to cold with hatred on top and taste on hate, when you finally get it, can very easily put you in millions of dps. Even with ssf gear I managed to complete a map while almost 10 levels behind, no lab done, on a 4 link and as a witch which starts off slower due to position on the tree :P

So far assassin was slightly nerfed as well as crit multi on items, but it goes for any crit build in general and its still the best way to scale damagd imo.

Forgot to mention, don't use dual claws, unless you play with frost blades version :) tooltip is bugged but in reality you are better off with singilarity/doryani or even a blue mace with elemental damage implicit if you build for blade flurry.
