What you are suggesting is basically either impossible (the wasd system for example)

It is not impossible, or even all that difficult to do. There have been games with that capability for at least 15 years now.

I work at IT so I spent more or less most of my day on PC whether it's work or free time. So with that being said my right wrist has been fucked up for years now. At first I went to doctors quite often about it but they didnt feel like surgery should be done and usually my wrist was just injected with cortisone which helped for a month or two and then the pain came back.
So I after a while I just gave up on doctors and been just dealing with it.

Now this wont necessarily be a good tip for everyone but for me a big help was to minimize using my right wrist outside of gaming. This meant that I learned to use left hand for work. This had been suggested to me before and I was sure that I couldnt not get used to it but within a few months/weeks I was doing work just fine with my left hand. These days it feels completely normal to do although I still wouldnt be able to game with my leftie :).

That being said, my wrist is still fucked up. If I tilt it and put force on it, it hurts like hell. So for example push ups is a good example of something that I just cannot do. And it does still start hurting after very long gaming sessions.
But it's nowhere as bad as it was when I used mouse only with my right hand.

After watching this video I think GGG should add Xbox or any pad controller PC version too.
It will be great help to use controller instead of mouse to get some rest.
I use to have this problem ,even with short term play time dew to the work i was doing being VERY strenuous to my hands .

I fixed the problem by learning how to write calligraphy ???

I know its wierd but it worked really well , she basicaly taught me how to hold the pen's lightly , so lightly that she wanted to be abel to remove the pen from my hand while i was writing with basicaly no resistince , and i developed this super light grip dew to it , I then started to use when gaming . Took me a long time to ajust , especial in starcraft i basically had to re learn the game but in the end i developed this new super light grip i can use in some situations it negates TONS of hand strain and increases speed 10 fold
Just a sec let me grab a beer...@#*@ Ok how did I die this time

Learn the rules, it's the only way to exploit them.
Cut off your hand. You can't play if you have no hands.

Neden yaşıyorsun?
I would support claiming that it is primarily about the position you sit in. Getting a goodmouse can help you also. I don't really move my mouse much i think, 2cm i like the full diagonal of my screen, so im in a 1cm radius circle most of the time.

A few times in my life there has been some annoyance/stress on my wrist/hand and adjustments to my position made it go away rather fast without coming back. There was one time also after having played wow for like 7 years straight, that when i came back to play again after spamming intensely my hand hand felt like exhausted, was a weird feeling, but its because i had been used to spamming intensely at such a high level for so many years that when my hand finally got some time to relax it realized how intensely i had been using it and was telling me it was alright to let it relax more.

I have ok hardware:

- Everglide Ricochet 2.52 mousepad ( very old but fast and very smooth pad )

- Logitech G502 mouse

http://gaming.logitech.com/en-gb/product/g502-proteus-spectrum-rgb-gaming-mouse

Position on chair is ofc adjustable, and I remind you I DON'T have wrist problems.
My problems is cause but fast, repeatable clicking main mouse buttons, especially during currency pick-ups and other inventory tasks.

I don't think my hardware is making or escalating any problems.

BTW after 3 days in World of Tanks pain is gone.
I still think automatic currency pick-up option in PoE will be best solution to solve my problem. Less stupid clicks and stress, more fun. Those actions don't add any quality gameplay at all, it's only designed as time sink to slow players progression. And this hurts players handicapped like me.

Why is this even a thing? Just stretch your hand out every now and then... Don't grip the mouse like a damn vulture holding onto it's prey as tight as possible. Drinking more water will also help circulation, but this is still baffling.

A good position matters much less than frequently changing position. By frequently I mean every 15 to 30 minutes.

For example: you do a map or two and then stretch a little, change position, and resettle yourself for your next mini map grind session. All of that shifting position doesn't have to take long, as it's a matter of seconds.

Injuries as a result of repetitive movements (ie: using a mouse and keyboard) are mostly eliminated when your body changes position frequently.

That's indeed a huge help. Not gripping the mouse so tightly, and learning to relax go a long ways in reducing wrist strain. When I'm doing any sort of fine-detail graphics in Photoshop or similar apps, I always tense up way too much. The solution to that was changing my DPI mouse sensitivity on the fly: high DPI for regular computer use and most gaming, and low DPI for graphics and any time I want to reorganize my inventory. Slower cursor movement = worrying less about cursor accuracy = relaxing your mousing hand.
