Neither sex is capable of sexual reproduction without the other. Therefore, both sexes have a right to an opinion on abortion in the general, and to have their voice heard by the law in the specific (ex: a woman should not be able to abort a child without the man's permission, except in cases of rape).
I'll make you a deal though, solwitch: if women can no longer make any claim of fatherly responsibility, financial or otherwise, when a fetus leaves the womb alive, I'll grant that we would, by that logic, have no responsibility when it leaves the womb dead. On a similarly serious note, I am not sure what else i could say besides what was qouted before, i have always thought it is ultimately the womans choice what to do with the child(under normal conditions).
You found it oxymoron because one who should have no opinion had a tldr one? That's life aint it, try to stay as truthful as you can be and to others you will often appear paradoxical. But still i rise. On a far more serious note... You do know women only have the rights men have agreed to give them, right? It's not even untrue but it feels good to remember that every now and then in this current day society full of crazed power hungry women trying to put you down on every corner. You damn women, we men always have to pretend like we aren't in control so you don't feel small, but luckily for you we remain in control so we both can be happy.
