Yo,

I just wanted to drop here that self build I did during legacy. It's probably going to be a potential build for 3.0, so wait & see.

Pros :
Nearly immortal
Lazy
Can do HoGM
Cons :
Average dps (at least, not a glass canon build)
Not cheap

The build in a few words :

Offence :
EE via Shield Charge and Orb of Storms + Double curse (Vuln/Flamability) via Orb of Storms. Additional lower fire resistant via scorching ray.
RF deal arround 150k dps, will Scorching Ray deal approximatively 100k DPS. You can also switch a little the set up to get 150k dps on Scorching Ray without using RF, it can help on fight like Shapper (more range, more safe).

Defence :
8k5 to 10k+ es depending of your gear.
78/78 block chance and over 40k armor, meaning each time you block you get 800 es (1600 with a legacy shield).
Over 80% physical reduction.
82/80/75(/75) resistances
Fortify
Stun immunity after block (meaning all the time)
Nearly infinite potions via "when you take a critical strike" (reckless defence)

30% es regen every 5s (a little part of it is eaten by the fact you don't have enought natural regen to sustain RF, so it's more 15%)
1000-1500 es regen without RF

Utility :
Can move pretty fast with Shield Charge (you need the gloves)
Can afk against nearly anything
Be as cool as Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles if you decide to play without Arcane Vision : see the word in black !


Here we go, another nearly immortal build. Lot of possible variant, including CI SR variant which allow even more tankyness but a lot less damage.

HoGM is izi pizi with that build, not the fastest but pretty safe. Guardians ? I died one or two time testing how long I can tank minotor + 3 stones from roof area, so if you don't play the dumb you'r nearly immortal.
Shapper ? I think you need to be arround 92-94 to do it "safe". Just play SR without RF, the first part is boring but once he spawn the first portal, don't kill adds. The will make you block so fast you'll never drop under 25% (is slam hit you for arround 7k es, so it don't kill you).
I haven't tested yet uber atziri, but I gess you can do it if you'r not too bad.
