um this is a 2h build, we don't use statsticks.

that being said, if you're using a main skill that can hit with a sword, your statstick sword will fuck your dps.

When should I prioritize upgrading from 5L to 6L?

Starting this build. Want to use sunder as my preferred main.

What can you recommend for leveling (axe/mace/staff) and then for endgame please and thanks!

the whole concept of the build as a template means it really doesn't matter what you choose at endgame. mace/staff/axe/sword are all pretty similar when it comes to skill tree, i'd say axe has a slight advantage due to being able to use the most amount of skills but that's about it.

basically spec into whichever one you prefer the animation of :P

When leveling, should I put more points into damage or HP/Leech?

While I was just able to upgrade my weapon to something on level along with some better armor, I'm finding I don't do enough damage to kill things fast. But I'm also only sitting on a 4 link Lacerate.

Meanwhile my HP is around 1600. My leech is pretty decent even without Ascendancy but I seem to suffer vs burst or hard hitting attacks due to my HP.

So should I focus on moving towards some life/defense nodes or maybe fill out some of a weapon tree to boost my damage and leech more? (Character is Aernaenn if you want to look).

Maybe go get one of those leveling swords.

I haven't played much the past few seasons and i'm not very savvy on skills and how to optimize. The question I have is how do i not run out of mana after using lacerate for 5 seconds. Is there a skill or a passive that helps out with that ? Any help / insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
