Shield charge cost 8. Watcher's eye and Elron both reduce mana cost for 8+. Why is the 18/28% mana cost reduce required?

i dont think watcher's eye existed when i made the guide, should probably update that bit

I read the second line, you forgot the 2nd word on the 4th sentence: Elreon.

I'm not using the watcher's eye yet. Why do I need 18% if the cost of shield charge is the same as the mana reduce? That was my question.

Other POE Resources by Demi:

In your video, near the beginning, you talk about your Ascendancies and how you pick Commander of Darkness for the Aura bonus and Mistress of Sacrifice for the Skill Effect Duration.

You then say the others are useless, and have specced them into Invoker and Bone Sculptor for ... well ... what else are you going to put them into? I put them into these points when I leveled simply because it was easier to level as a summoner.

But the node before Puppet Master, grants an extra '10% increased Skill Effect Duration', so wouldn't it make sense to put a point into that?

Question, why use multiple curses when monsters can have only 1 curse on them? Or am I missing something on the gear?
