Slow response time by game masters?

So earlier this morning i complained about a 24 hour mute that i had gotten
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1893312 And i expected their response time to be some what quick but many hours later still no response even though a moderator tells me they will respond quick, such a sad thing on a lovely lab day like this.
