stuck on loading screen

I do have same problem, i can log in to my charcter selection screen, then i choose character and it get stuck on loading screen. happend to me since 20minutes, i go dc while in lab merc legacy. Milan server
i run pack check and no error reported. pls help. what can i do i want to subscribe

I was playing with 2 friends 20 mins ago and suddenly we all lost connection. They could log back in but i cannot log in. They cant even see me on their friend list anymore, its like my account dont exist anymore, this is very frustrating!!
