Feedback n Suggestion page is pointless

I've been through about 100 threads today, and not a single one has any GGG reply.
Customer service is on par with Optus guys, pretty useless it seems.

No response is not the same as inaction.

I have lost count of the number of issues I posted here which were acted upon within a few months, including some pretty obscure requests.

That said, what you consider a priority, and what you consider easy to implement, are not necessarily opinions shared by the devs, so keep that in mind as well.

P.S. I am not a streamer, and can count the number of reddit posts I have made on one hand.

They only listen to popular streamers circlejerking on reddit, nothing new.

Given the number of players, if GGG got into the discussion, they'd quickly get overwhelmed. They have limited resources, and those are far better used addressing issues, not writing on the forums. Especially given the massive whining going on here.

They'll read everything on the F&S forum though since it will be one of their prime sources of information on what players see as problem, and also for ideas on new content. They'll then fit in what they think should be changed or added into a later release, most likely modified.

Developers officially stated they don't give a fuck about this forum, nor about the feedback of players. The only section they are active in, is the tech & bug one.
Players will swallow everything and anything shoved down their throats anyway. It's proved. So there's really no actual point to care.

Their sources of feedback are reddit, some trusted users, and the streamers. But even these sources are not crucial and of quite a low impact, ggg's own opinions prevail in most of the cases.

I don't know why so many people desperately pull things out of their asses in an attempt to apologize this and that, while developers themself gave a firm statement on this topic.

Nothing hateful, I'm paraphrasing. A straight flip off would mean a marketing suicide, so ofc it couldn't be worded this way.

The actual statement was something like "We seldomly visit the forum thus we don't take feedback into account. We prefer the reddit platform as it's more popular and also easier to operate and highlight our own posts."
Or alike. Won't dig for it, find it yourself.
