Hey! I'm really enjoying the build so far but i've got few questions for you.

-The Scourge vs Delirum dagger (when is Delirum dagger better and by what margin, asking this question cause you used to recommend The Scourge)
-Empower lvl 3 vs Decay
-Any counter for ignites? Can't really afford to use a flask for it and it's sometimes really nasty when you can't regen because of the ignite.

Can't wait for the answers :P

Interested in this build for my second toon, why don't you take whirling blades?
Quality it for faster cast.

Is increased duration for wither important? or can we skip the strength passive node if we can get some on gear?
