Im just asking for opinions. Poe econemy is getting worse every league. 3.0 will be even more worse. Way to much chaos floating around.

Well, that is my opinion then. PoE's economy only problem are high-drop-chance unique items that can be used in end-game builds. You know, the 1 alt BiS items. This has nothing to do with Chaos Orbs which have good sink in form of maps and simply chaos spamming Vaal Regalias.

The price of Exalt comes from market manipulation caused by very large group (probably few big guilds). It is just that most people do not realize that currency have its use, and it is absolutely not worth it to use Exalt if you can chaos spam ~110 times in its place instead... well, almost always.

In other words, most people don't NEED to have their wealth in form of Exalts... they can as well just keep Chaos Orbs.

Why would you chaos spam and risk getting nothing.
when you can spam alterations and master craft (getting 4 guaranteed affixes you want)
Because you need 2 good prefixes on Regalia and by alt spam you lock one and get one chance for prefix (per Regal, which is more or less chaos). By chaos spamming you get 3 chances for prefixes, even tho all of them are random. With price as high as 100-120c per Ex, you get 200-240 attempts at chaos spamming for single fully crafted item.
Sure, you may hit 3 good affixes, but the 4th one is guaranteed to be mid tier (crafted by master) and other two are completely random.
At 40-60c per Ex crafting with Alt-Regal-Ex might be a better idea.

Basically:
Chaos and regal no longer drop in game. Regal and chaos can only be obtained from vender reciepe.

So that everybody starts trading with gcps again, and fuses ?
And so that chaos spamming becomes basically inexistant, remove potential luck spikes from players ?

This seems terrible to me.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

this limit on possible stats, and:
the bases of the recipes would have to change, no access on Chaos/Regal until area 60/75 would be completely silly and unacceptable, IMHO. I even refuse the (somewhere in the past happened) change that introduced general drop-restrictions for higher 'tier' 'regular' currencies (even as 35 isn't that high).
