[Still not fixed since July 2015] Chaos damage lowering unreserved life

Found two threads reporting the same bug in July 2015:

The scenario:
Reserve life without Shavronne's Wrappings or Solaris Lorica -> Enter poisonous hit maps. -> Get hit OR go near chaos degen bears.

Neither life flask nor leech will heal it back up. It's as if the life reservation % is being affected.

UPDATE: This problem occurs in desecrated ground maps too. Now, I'm not so sure what is causing it. my gear is on my char page (KazOnProbation). I am reserving life with Vitality, Haste, and Discipline on Prism Guardian. Turning one of those auras on and off resets the bug and is a band-aid solution.

Could a GGG member at least confirm this is a known bug?
