65% and 368 multi on LA

You still havnt suggested an alternative for skyforths. I'm trying to start up a bow build for my 4th character in legacy league and im not too hot on the concept of a pair of boots that are going for 40+ exalts at the moment.

how to gain power charge without skyforth?

Skyforth replacement is
Rare es boots with stun resi enchantment or
A valyrium or eye of chayula
And the combo herald of ice. Curse on hit. Assasin mark

You need a way to get stun immun and to generate powercharges


Edit. Look the video from demigod. Watch/read think about what items do and then look for a replacement. Or use google. Question like this get ask 10times a day

Without helm enchant and extra arrow on quiver/bow barrage is more singletarget dps then blast rain?
I see Blast rain convert 50% phys in ele dmg. But a Signal fire will this too.
