Hello, I never had this problem before, since this morning I'm getting random disconnect at some point when doing something.

It doesn't seem to happen if I just run around in my HideOut, though I managed to repeatedly disconnect myself by quickly spamming Flameblast.
I also tried doing some quick stash actions(tab switching, deposit/withdraw) but it didn't disconnect me.

If I try to map or kill monsters in a random zone, I get disconnected after some time (inconsistently in the minute that follow, usually during hitting some mobs but not exclusively)

I am from EU, I tried different servers including a US one, same problem on all.
Also tried changing some game settings, including DirectX and Networking mode, powered-off my router for some time but nothing worked.

Worth noting that I tried playing through a VPN and the problem DID NOT seem to happen.

Here's some WinMTR logs, 3 without and 1 with VPN.

Might just be some technical difficulties with my ISP that will resolve themselves quickly but we never know.

Thank you for your time.

Same here, disconnecting all the time in the middle of an instance and then can't log back in - never happened to me before in all my time playing.

If it's a problem with Freebox, there is literally nothing GGG can do. You should be complaining to Freebox. Nothing, in the few posts that people actually decided to read the stickies and post useful information, showed up that this was on GGG's end.

Me too posts especially in this forum are useless. All it does in ensure that no one is going to help. Trying to help 15-20 people in a thread isn't worth the effort as things get lost, people get posts confused etc etc etc. Also:

- Bumping threads -

If you're experiencing a problem, please don't bump similar threads saying you have the same problem.
Instead, provide us with the required information in a new thread and we'll be able to help you more concisely.

This is mainly a community run tech help forum and as GGG is very busy, and has been for quite some time, they have even said that more than likely you will only hear from users trying to help others. If you want help from GGG, email them at techsupport@grindinggear.com

It is not a problem with Freebox, in the US here, Verizon.
Ok,

Nouveaux firmware Freebox aujourd'hui, en 3.4.1, et problème résolu. Je viens de tester.

Bon jeu !
Too many people piling on this thread. If you're continuing to have an issue with disconnects, and you're not the OP, and this isn't related to Freebox, please start a new thread if none of the suggestions here or other places on the forums resolve your issue.

If you do start a new thread, please include the following...

1.) Run a WinMTR trace route, then copy and paste the results in that new thread. Guide: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1377789/page/1.

2.) If you think there's nothing wrong with your connection, you can also run DXDiag for system info. Use a service such as http://pastebin.com to copy and paste your info, then link it to that thread. Guide: http://tinyurl.com/dxdiag-info-guide.
