What rarity to run T16 maps?

I want more of EXP than loot I guess?

If you dont care about wealth generation then just run them white. But I think shaped strand spam is actually more exp/hour.

Looking at your gear, money is the last thing you care about.

what? do you mean dying sun? isn't that still like 5x?

For league yes, for standard the price of dying sun is falling too quickly for Shaper's realm to have any more meaning.

ohhh...standard. ah, yea, only been playing leagues so far
Ain't nobody got time for dying, lol. Unless I find corrupted one on poe.trade that is worth risking for the Atlas completion, I'm not running them rare.
Getting Beyond/Breach is far better in terms of exp/loot if you want that. Guardians simply do too much spike damage, and therefore are too risky to get crazy damage mods (which are almost always there).
Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
Ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge.
On lsc it wold actally be worth doing it even white, the hydra fragment sells for 14-15c and the map costy 18, now if you want to just do a couple of runs to get some T15s, it is perfect for that.

Perks of it being poison immune is that the dippers are scared to touch it.

However I like to run them rare.

Also, with 100% Atlas completion. I can actually sustain tier 14 maps which in turn drop tier 16 maps. So, I get to play 10 tier 16 maps roughly every 200 maps I farm.

If you don't mind me asking, how are you rolling your T14 maps, and which leaguestones do you use (if any) to easily sustain them?

He is playing std, not the league.

But if you want to sustain T14+s my advice is to first build up a pool of them, 14-15 maps, and then run them with bloodlines, breach, onslaught, beyond, ambush.

Bloodlines: magic packs have higher quantity of loot, also can drop +1 maps

Breach: ton of extra mobs to kill

Beyond: same

Ambush: same + maybe you get a carto

Onslaught: +20 iiq
If you're after max XP per hour without much concern for loot returns, then why don't you just reroll the T16 rares until you get a set of mods that are easily doable?

With the kind of gear you have, the only real threat in terms of being able to clear the map deathless I assume is damage mods. But there are plenty of ways to roll yellow maps even with pack size that don't have damage mods... and stuff like reduced block chance / reduced armor, ele equilibrium don't significantly impact builds like yours as far as I would guess.

Sure it'll cost you a few extra chaos to reroll the maps, but running an 80 IIQ / 20 packsize T16 is substantially more likely to drop another T16 within the map than running them blue and without much downside.

Breach was not merged into standard in the end right? Or am I missing that out all along?

Atoll/Shore best for XP imo with Beyond

I have no idea why you are scared of anything with that gear lmao

Only Guardian I don't do with at least 2 Packsize is Chimera, and only because of fog phase

Among all end game content Chimera is actually the easiest for me. I instead am at bigger risk against Hydra and Minotaur. I guess the game starts to behave differently for ES characters when your gears are above a certain limit.

I guess I will start gathering regal orbs to burn on my tier 16 maps now.
