Hand of T&M not showing weapon effects correctly

hand of thought and motion is not showing propertly the "prophecy weapon effect"
and the perandus effect sorry cant test it with HoWA or with other weapons effect.  in the image, the prophecy weapon is in HoTM, the other sword is an "aurumvorax" that show the proper effect of the enchant with dual HoTM, the bug persist with both weapons sorry for my bad english. It's the same problem with HoWA. Other weapon effects such as ebony and ivory don't show as well.
