[2.6] The Ice Hurricane - super fast clear speed (can be cheaper than vaal spark/cospris discharge)

Hi guys, this is a guide for the fast clearspeed build i created for legacy league

It is cospris CoC frostbolt ( you can also use freezing pulse but its just the same but worse)

you can go the Assassin cheap budget version (only requires cospris)

or if you want to spend a bit for a better character you go Templar (requires cospris and voice of the storm)

you can go lowilfe and use shavs like me, or go CI. It doesn't matter

you also don't need a vinktars, you can leech just fine without it

Gear


My gear is all pretty expensive but an assassin with some very budget gear can have the same playstyle and speed.
Also the 3.5% crit chance on gloves is overkill, without it my shield charge is still 75% crit or higher





6link coc - frostbolt - cyclone - inc crit strikes - accuracy - pcoc

in your cospris - frostbolt - controlled destruction and ( inc crit or elemental focus)

shield charge - fortify - faster att - inc crit ( you can use horror gloves if you want but they arent needed)

enlighten -blood magic - purity - purity

herald - herald - CoH - ass mark

blasphemy - disc - warlords mark

bandits point/point/pwr charge

I went CI, so I can't use all auras yet with blood magic. Enlighten is still level 1. Which ones do you recommend? I'm using herold of ice + thunder and purity of light atm.

I guess you could add 2 x Frozen Trail jewels as mandatory in the gear guide aswell! Thanks for this awesome build mate.

I'm a noob, can you ellaborate on that?

if i play this as CI , what auras/curses should i run ? warlords mark seem a must for the leech but ass mark is also need for power charges . Dont know what to to .

purity of ice because you do cold damage, so cold damage is reflected onto you. having a higher maximum cold res will help you against reflect monsters.

i use blasphemy warlords and apply my asssins mark with my heralds and curse on hit, if you are CI it is a bit more difficult, you can either run 1 herald with curse on hit ass mark or dont use ass mark and just use PCOC on your cyclone or use skyforths or play asssasin

pcoc on your cyclone seems like the best option to me

no, that text on herald of ice just means the damage specifically from the explosions is not reflected
