new "sarcastic" joke from GGG :legacy league without legacy kaom's hearth...rofl

Too OP to include even in legacy league, shame.

GGG are allowing things like Item Quantity gem to drop as Relics. Legacy Kaom's Heart is a possibility.

Until an official statement from GGG is made that it is not in the drop pool, you should consider it enabled as a Relic. GGG enabled a lot of things that I didn't think they would. So there is no reason Kaom's would not be in that list in addition to a gem (which isn't even a unique item).

That something like a 1,000 life roll Kaom's Heart is not listed on Poe.Trade yet for sale is not surprising:

1. The drop pool is probably weighted. Kaom's Heart as a Relic will be rare.
2. Anyone who gets a legacy Kaom's is likely to reconsider the option of selling it in order to USE it. Hence, it won't be shown for sale. Hence 0 available to buy.

The real sarcastic joke is GGG giving us legacy items in the Relic drop pool that are worse than their modern day counterparts.

Relics are too rare to consider it as a new content. Yeah, we have mirrors in game but 99,9% of players will never see it, so what's the point? Especially that relics are shit, it gives nothing, 90% of crap.

There is no Kaom's Heart, because GGG wants Standard flppers to be happy. GGG can't allow Standard flippers to worry.
