Yes, there are, i just bought another 3 so i can stop deleting my beloved chars.

I had to delete like 5 chars already. People create more chars than you may think(and i'm not even that old of a player in this game).

Some ppls get attached to their toons. Represents effort and hard work.

I;ll delete a 90 something like lvl 1 toon, whatever you served your utility now die, so long as I have testers Im all good. I keep like a 95 of each class to test for ladder

I just bought 10 more so GGG think "yes" to whether people will seriously buy them.

Some people simply enjoy making new characters. I've made well over 50 characters in my time playing PoE. My goal was to try and make it to endgame using every single melee skill so I could rank each of them so to speak, which resulted in well over half of them being very similarly built. Contrary to the majority, I personally find leveling to be a lot of fun, as a speedrunner seeing how fast I can reach endgame with a certain skill is a lot of fun to me.

There are times where I would have killed for some extra character slots, I've probably deleted around 10 to 20 characters past level 80. At one point I had around 20 level 80+ Duelists for god knows whatever reason.

Im confused, i know i havent bought any character slots but i have 24 characters as my max.

I had to delete a character to have a slot for the new league. It just means I'm attached to my old characters - some of them are really fun builds!

I'm not deleting my punchy hobo HC character, that's for sure. Punched my way to level 10 without dying but still no Uniques. FeelsBadMan..

That is the default limit on a new account.

And it should be mentioned in case anyone does not know... GGG is perfectly ok with you creating as many accounts as you want.

24 by Default? Wow.

I have bought a few in the past just for the heck of it, but I wish I hadn't now. I will never have over 10 characters. O well.
