Yep, legacy dreamfeather had higher physical rolls too, basically they made it like the old version. Actually i think they may have made it a bit stronger than the original.
IIRC, legacy Dreamfeather was worse than the current version. Second time the same mod being buffed up.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
