RotC was barely competing with Death's Opus after the first nerf (+2 projectiles vs huge crit multi). Now there's absolutely no reason to use RotC.

" At least Pyre is not a retroactive nerf, so perm leagues will still have it at 100%, but Drillneck nerf is retroactive.
