Well that is strange... how much unreserved mana / life do you have?
I would drop lightpoacher and get a starkonja‘s instead... you might consider vaal clarity as well. I really think mom is kinda necessary... and once you got a working mom setup it is really powerful. I also would use a hybrid mana / life flask with instant heal on low life. In general just concentrate a bit more on defense dmg is normally not the problem with this build.

But my mana regen goes from 120 to 166 (in hideout, no consecrated ground). When on cons ground it doesn't really matter, but it does feel smoother otherwise. It definitely helps with desecrated ground maps since MoM absorbs 30% of that dmg as well. Any tips on if it's worth it or not to run it?

1) Why we use bloodrage? My first thought was "yeah great life leech", but it is "of attack physical damage". Next thought was "ok, 10% attack speed", but this is just for movement. Is it because of the frenzy charges? We get them from "overcharged" anyway. Bloodrage generates frenzy charges on kill aswell, not on hit - that would help us in boss fights. So, why we give up all life reg for 10% Attack speed? Do I miss something?

2) When is the best point to switch BV to 5L and spark to 4L? I guess after I got a "30% increased ele dmg" helmet?

3) Any advices what upgrade next?
