league starter 2 player one support build ideas
Went into some scrubs party and a certain necrobot buffed my dps from 50k to 210k. I'm running only a single HOWA instead of two. I don't even crit, just EO. Attack speed hit the roof when he popped Vaal Haste. My ES buffed from 7.7k to 9.2k.
Therefore, I think elemental fast-attacking builds benefit the most. |

The builds that benefit the most from support are elemental attack builds (Kinetic Blast, Spectral Throw, Blade Flurry) and ignite builds with tri-curse and EE.
I don't think you need all those evasion nodes, you need skill duration nodes (for Vaal skills) and curse effectiveness instead. Mass sockets can also be useful in certain variants. Btw the curse cast speed you picked up in the north is certainly useless with Curse on Hit. I also don't recommend your partner go a life build. ES builds get much better support currently. Unless there are some heavy ES nerfs coming out in 2.6 - I doubt that. Slightly modified tree.
" The friend will overwrite only one of the three curses, iirc.
When there are multiple curses in play this is what happens (at least from experience when I run with my buddy who has a 5 curse support Occultist).
The closest person's curse will always apply. This is based on proximity. You will overwrite the first [X] curse(s) they have based on the order they turned it on, and then prioritized by gem socketting priority. This has proven to be true for me, when I run in a 3 man party, with 7 curses between the party in total. I'm usually the closest, which makes my Warlord's Mark always active. Then the Cursebot's other curses, and the last member is too far away to have any curses active. |

"yea you are right however I won't really have much defense as I'm running an armor chest piece instead of ES (I will of course switch to shavs when I can) and you are right about the curse cast speed tldr as for my friends build what would be a strong CI build to start a league with? |

" As an aurabot, your defense actually comes from all your auras. You'll be inherently tanky. You're still going to need to dodge stuff of course. You should never facetank in this game. I did a test build on a planner; Necromancer Aurabot, and I ended up with something like 8-9k ES, 9k armor, and 80%+ resistances due to auras. I'll have to take a look at it when I get home for more precise info. Look up builds like Necromancer Aurabots or Guardian Aurabots (Party Jesus is a popular one). Just change your auras according to whoever your partner is. You really wont' know what builds are "strong" until the patch notes come out, as many things can change during the transition.
