disconnections

Hi,
I’m getting random disconnections. The internet is stable on all other uses. I usually have a stream running in the background while playing poe, and there are no issues with downloads, running streams or any other internet usages while as it seems only poe is being effected and the problem started 2 days ago max. I installed internet meter to monitor internet stability while I’m playing and all usages are working as intended. Poe, however, works fine in instances that are not generated by me. When I’m in a map thats generated by other players the connection is stable. but when I’m in town, my ho, or in a map that I generated, it works fine for minutes, then all of a sudden the ping goes up and I just get disconnected to login screen with no error msgs. Except for one case where it gave me an error msg saying you have been kicked off for preforming too many actions. In that case the two many actions were putting 2 totems up in a vall area generated by my map device. The same issue in the same manners happen in my ho and any town, as mentioned before. As a way to fix the issue I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client, i have changed realms, i reset my internet connection, and have removed any programs that need internet connectivity while playing, reset all performance options to default. Also removed any vpns. Yet, the problem persists. I’m out of moves, please help. update : merciless lab runs smooth untill the first asprint trial.. then it acts as mentioned in ho. update 2 : it became even wors .. i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the problim staied the same .. please need help and forsome reason im not getting any replies. " Since the latest patch, I've had chronic disconnections as well. What you're saying about joining other hosts makes perfect sense, because for me there are some hosts for which the issue is much worse than others (sadly, the nearest regional servers are among those that constantly drop me). There is definitely something broken with the game's systems. Try switching server nodes until you find one that works reliably, but expect to continue getting disconnected when you group or go to trade or any of the other actions that will cause you to hop nodes. Please, GGG, help. |

" My tests showed packet loss at the exact same place, WDC02. That server is probably screwing up, which would explain why I'm getting kicked from both the DC and Texas servers - Texas is evidently routed through the same hub in DC. I've contacted my ISP, and they insist it isn't their problem. I'm still waiting for a response from GGG, but in the meantime I'm still able to play (with lots of extra lag) on the California servers. |

" i conntacted my isp and spent almost 45 minutes with them testing my connection in general and while using certain apps .. there is no appearant problim from my isp providers side. all other apps and games work as intended with no latency issues at all. just a reminder i hard reset my router and uninstalled and reinstalled my client, please look into the matter in depth there seem to be nothing more i can do from my side. and thnx |
