I thought that this last remnant of the Empire where intact because its an isolated island-colony. But probably shit goes wrong after High Templar Dominus left with hits pets (Vania=Piety and the Blackguards). I expect to see ruined cities with scavengers, local Warlords (similar Bandits A2) but hopefully no chicken-bow-dudes anymore;) Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see.
