So will the casual Xbox one player get godlike gear on day 2 like d3?

This game is tradecentric. Meaning everything is balanced around you trading. It is why playing Solo Self Found is actually a challenge. The entire philosophy of the game is based around trade so why would the console version be any different. Nothing is going to change with the drop rates for sure. Eventually poe.trade will add console listings, as people buy premium stash tabs on console. Then for a short time poe.trade will be down from the increase of people using the website. Then it will balance out eventually. If the console version gets better drop rates, why would you even play the PC version? Especially if you only play skills that would transition very well and easily into the console version like Cyclone or Blade Flurry and so on.
I can say the most exciting part of the console version is a standard economy reset free of over priced pre nerf gear. I kind of wish when gear got nerfed that it was retroactive. Then pre nerf gear would never exist and there would no longer be builds dependent on gear you would likely never obtain. Chroniccomplainerreviews.wordpress.com

" And with your participation in all the suppose feculence, you eat it up pretty well. You do know you're instigating fights in addition to supporting rhetoric that aims at defaming GGG. I'm a little surprised your not on probabtion again, don't confuse a moderation compassion for weakness. Everyone knows I'm your Achilles heel. Let me guess you're going to quit again? "Another... 2 weeks geared is not a long time on pc already
I bet fully geared 3-4 days on xbox |

console audience is the definition of 'instant gratification' crowd, so even as casual as the game is right now (compared to open beta), its still too grindy and unfriendly to that crowd. expect even more casualization coming.

I don't get the whole "godlike" gear argument. Isn't PoE on PC the game where you can easily and quickly trade for anything you need and on top of that you can also trade for the over powered legacy gear as well?
What kind of drop rates are people imagining here that can possibly compete with that? Standard Forever

" Farming currency for 5 hours and hitting the market, will always be more hard core than getting the same item farming for 40 hours. You know, because of logic. The irony comes into play, when the same players that screams "this game is too easy" also screams "we need an AH to make trade easier". It's almost like they can't see the connection. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

" I agree with chaoticwon: Why care if you don't have an xb? And if you really think this game will be "better" on the xb: Buy one and play that, if you really care so much. It's weird how many people whine about casualization of POE but still think the xb version will be better because it will be more rewarding quicker. Which is it, then?
