"Base attack damage"?

On an attack like Shield Charge, there's no difference between the modifiers - all the damage is attack damage, so the two are equivalent.

"Deals 50% of Base Damage" actually means "Deals 50% less damage" (and similarly "Deals 121.6% of base attack damage" means "Deals 21.6% more attack damage" - We found that displaying these modifier on attack skills in terms of how much you dealt total rather than how much was added/removed was simpler to understand for players.

However, that of course comes with the caveat that each skill should only have one such modifier, because otherwise they no longer make sense, as is the case here.

I'll make sure this gets fixed.

Does this "less" multiplier apply to double dip damage, since it isn't technically "attack" damage and the source of the dot is still the skill?
