You can but it would be a bit worse and some adjustments are needed.

May i ask for some tip's in legacy league. Rly want to try this build, and i know it wont go that good as on std. But still this has to work.

Either Use a 3 dragons mask or 2 pyre rings (added lightning then on gloves or dagger) or 1 pyre + a cold to fire gem. Then 4% grand spectrums, 13 if you can get to at least 8k es or less with es nodes instead.

Lets say i use Pyre+ Cold to Fire= 90% , what about 10% of cold doesn't it fck EE?

No it will alternate between -50 cold -50 fire +25 lightning and +25 cold +25 fire -50 lightning it's all good.

As I told to previous similar questions I can't help with leveling I didn't level up any character for years and this one was a respec from coc discharge. I'm sure you can find a similar build with leveling tips. Good luck !
