They are so busy that they quit offering support via email but not too busy to post this crap. How does this take precedence over support?

Cool. It would be nice to see when these patch notes happened, at least what year it was.

Different people do different things within the company. Someone with a title along the lines of Community Manager, for example, would not be very good at coding new AI behavior. In that same way the person responsible for creating news entries is not going to be someone who addresses support tickets.

And please provide evidence to support your assertion that they quit offering support via email. thanks.
