english is not my primary language but we can teach this as a philosophy of sorts the concepts behind this is simple start by creating a normal over pompous phrase then degrade the grammar then the meaning then add things that are not welcomed in the sentence to finally finish with the total destruction of your own grammar then of the common scene of a normal sane person.

I see ADD as a fundemental change in the wiring of the brain from linear book learners of the past to the age of rapid amalgamated internet based learning of the now and future. But yeah, I'd also agree the PC 'hand off' society has created a culture of undiciplnd adult children who as an impotent at adult interaction and communication as they are in taking responsibility and ownership of anything, much less their own lives.
