FAILED TO CONNECT TO INSTANCE

This is the first time I see GGG takes too long to fix error like this. I lost 3 uber lab key because of this.

so.. any idea how to fix? cos it still happens 100 times a day, with 20-80% chance.

i have Failed to COnnect to instance, and my Bro on 2nd PC too.
(but near year ago, with same good PC, same internet and same connection, i dont have this problems)

we dont have, firewalls, antivirus and so one.

internet is ok, i can watch or play anything on internet with out problems, but have disconnects in POE 24\7

already tryed all directx variations - no result.

and usually, if i play at night\morning 3:00-12:00 (at low poe online i think) i have near 20% chance for error, so it playable some times, and i done 1-2 labs)

but if i play near everning 17:00-3:00, it disconnect me 80% of times and you cant do anything.

if i use VPN server, its good - no disconnects, anytime anywhere, game became playable.
but with VPN, ofc ping is not fine, and dying on every dsync is not good, so i can play with VPN, but dont grind any profit on it for my char =)

so if my internet is ok, and it works for anything, except POE. But using VPN server connect became good, except ping =) i need to open some ports at router? what ports? and why it ok at night, and bad at everning.

what i need to fix? and how to do it?
i cant belive that no one, and GGG, dont find any decision for so much time.

Wasted a bunch of tokens for uber lab today because it can't connect to the lobby. #cheap

Thank god it's not just me. Of course this happens on a good uber lab day, it's impossible for me to complete a lab without disconnecting.

Just started happening for me tonight, not in the years before - started mostly after the patch.

Same problem here started a week ago. Some one found a solution to this?

This problem just started to occur today. Playing since open beta-ish, and have never had this happen more than once or twice.

Last night, no issues.

Today, I can enter a map and if I leave it to stash items all the remaining portals 'fail'. After two maps of this I decided to try running maps from Eternal (it was suggested somewhere on here).... same issue running maps from there.

I do not disconnect from game, portals just fail. I am able to walk from Act4 town to Harvest with no issues.... just no maps.

I guess I'll treat all maps as Zana 1 portal specials for now.

(Don't forget your crafting supplies/Remnants of Corruption etc... and 2 stacks of scrolls).

Same problem here.

Error: Failed to join instance because: Disconnected from Server.
Error: Failed to join any instances.

Then I end up either blowing through all my portals with the same error each time or stand around hoping I wont lose my shaped strand and then blow through all my portals after I get impatient standing around doing nothing.....

Lose 1/2 of ally my uber lab keys шт this month, thanks to this error. not matter wich server i use. We need some help from GGG with this issue, becouse its insane frustrating :(
