There are nodes in the passive tree to mitigate reflected elemental damage taken that grant extra elemental damage as well

I started Poe again after 1 year brake and had 1 shadow open with lvl 85 and all points resetted. So i thought i gonna try this build.
After buying gear and spending points i just dont get it... Stuns kill me and how do i get lifeleech? Just over flasks ?
