Screen brightness has been turned down?

SOLUTION: set your screen to 32bit full color, then you can play Dirextx9 without the brightness issue!!!

Bought my new computer today (i5 7400, gtx 1060). When i switch PoE wo Fullscreen Mode, the brightness turns down. But not just the ingame brightness turns down. The overall brightness in Windows and all running programms turns down. When i restart my computer, it returns to its normal brightness. The issue appears when i activate dx11 and switch from windowed mode to fullscreen. I don't want to play with dx9, cause the graphics are worse.
Any suggestions? |
