[2.5] Burning Arrow Proliferation Raider. Fully working league starter build. Up to twin Tier 15.

Can't wait for 3.0 build updates,i am so excited to this build..

What would a 3.1 build look like using burning arrow? They changed ignite quite a bit...

I am reluctant to make the build again because it's very difficult to scale ignite strong enough to make proliferate good. The previous mechanic with Surgebinder was also ruined so that is a large part of the damage gone. Until further buff to ignite I'm not very confident that I can make this build feel good to play yet.
