@ GGG Possibility to uncorrupt or recorrupt
The corruption exist to be fixed. The only way i see re-corruption process is a new currency to cleanse corruption and apply it again. But this Cleansing orb should cost a pretty penny.

Hell no, corruption brings wayy too good bonuses for that.
And how would you do with gems ? You would need to store what the corruption has done ( or actually the old state of the item ) somewhere, which is most likely not the case atm. So : - very poor idea from a balance perspective imho - technical issues with such a thing, that might require quite a bit of time to implement => I support the big fat NO. SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading. Last edited by Fruz#6137 on Nov 2, 2016, 7:35:06 AM

reverting a corruption? you serious?
most games have item and currency sinks or item degradation to keep people playing the game. ggg has none except the vaal orb which is like the only way for the game to get rid of high value items and kill player's achievements. and it's not even mandatory! --- sure they could enable players to revert a corruption. what price would you like to pay as a compensation? - randomly losing all items of a character on death? - being challenged by a master for a random item in your inventory? - monsters stealing a random item from your char or out of your inventory? thanks for the tl;dr mark ;) age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill! Item sinks that don't sink items make no sense.

Misunderstood what you were suggesting OP. In that case, no. There should not be a way to reverse corruption of an item. That goes against everything that makes Vaal orbs exciting...
U MAD?
