flask of Dousing can't dispell burning

Tested this with 3 random flask of Dousing. Seems like it's not relevant to flask type.
of Dousing suffix just doesn't work sometimes. Problem: impostor syndrome

What character / account are you doing this on? I want to hop on an exact copy of your character and try this out. I can't reproduce this for the life of me.

If it helps, you can see in the gif that the OP is also being hit by a lightning golem's Orb of Sparks, and is under the effect of elemental equilibrium. The elemental equilibrium timer keeps counting down after being hit by the golem, though, so it probably isn't the golem causing the EE. Similarly, the ignite timer doesn't reset, meaning the golem isn't re-igniting either.

Was the character attacking you using Beacon of Ruin by chance? Were you using Beacon of Ruin?
EDIT: Scrap that. Still would like to take a look at this using the exact character setup that you've had this occur with. EDIT2: Nope. Looks like Beacon of Ruin is doing some funky things. Can you confirm that your friend here was using Beacon of Ruin? I've reproduced this and am passing it along to get looked into now that I've nailed down exactly what is causing this. EDIT3: Not specifically Beacon of Ruin. Looks to be any form of proliferation. Thank you for your time. As you can see from the GIF there is no proliferation animation around my character, so, opponent doesn't use Beacon of Ruin at that time (or any other proliferation source). Probably there are more than one "dispell ignite" -related bugs.
I'll try to catch it one more time during next "arena" leo daily. Problem: impostor syndrome
