Like it cant drop like that so im assuming it must have been 20q gem that's been affected by a vaal or maybe corrupting tempest ?
Actually could of been anywhere from a 13-20% quality gem thats been affected by a vaal or or corrupting tempest. Curious though which it was.
You've forgotten one way to generate a q%23 gem that was introduced recently, and is of particular salience this league for a certain subset of the playerbase. A vaal orb was not the currency item responsible for the creation of that gem.

None that im aware of O.o ? As cards dont count as a "drop" for the gem im not including them. But other then that im completely in the dark here as in order for something to be corrupt it must first be corrupted.
