Can someone please explain EE, i use oos, mob takes more dmg from fire, I hit themm with fb, mob takes less fire dmg, and thus less ignite dmg? Or do you count oos hiting right after flameblast initial hit? One more thing Why is firepen so good, I thought that curses are counted first, then fire pen, but if mob has close to 0, or minus resist, after curses, fire pen gem is useless? Also I m using shield charge with fortify instead of flame dash or LW (I still have a flame dash in case for some maps / lab). Shield charge feels really great and fortify is good. Hey noob question here. Is there a reason why you dont mention the teleport skill, i think is lightning warp? I dont like flame dash very much because is too slow to dodge 1 shot attacks from the bosses. Can i use lightning warp in this build? if yes what would be the gem setup for it?
