You know that divines can only reroll for a value inside the current bracket, right? For example, you have the hybrid prefix "Squire's" which has 10-24% increased physical damage. The highest % incr phys dmg this can roll with divines is 24%. It cannot become the highest dps axe in the game, or indeed even close.
