2.4.0 unique items vendor recipe list

Hi I'm new to the game. Can someone please tell if there's a list of vendor recipes for unique items for atlas worlds and the essence league. I checked wiki, but none of the recipes seem to work. :(

To my knowledge there are no unique items specifically from Essence or Atlas that have a vendor recipe. What items are you referring to?

What items are you referring to?

I'm referring to this

On top of the page it says you need to sell:

6 Alteration shards
6 Alchemy shards

to the vendor to make this wand. Tried it in game doesn't work :/

uhm, that recipe is probably for selling that wand to the ingame trader

The 6 alteration and 6 alchemy shards are what you get if you sell the unique to a vendor. It's not a recipe for getting the unique.

Ohh ok thanks for the clarification. Well anyone know how a new player can get any uniques at all? Tried the lab solo and got destroyed by a big boss type monster heh. I'm 40 lvl and still haven't seen 1 drop and I'm safing my chaos orbs for now. Don't have many anyways...

keep grinding maybe divination cards...either that or you trade for them but if you are struggling with lab then a unique isn't going to change much

This is where you can find people who are offering items for sale via trade. Find the item you want, click the "whisper" button. Paste into chat in game. Visit seller's hideout after you join their party. Trade. Win.

Worth noting that unlike Diablo 3, Uniques in this game are very different. In D3, it is normal for your gear to be ALL uniques. In PoE, most uniques are garbage. Many of the uniques that have a great, build defining power also have a pretty hefty downside that you have to deal with. Generally speaking, well rolled Rares are as good or better than uniques (aside from the specific, unique only affixes).

my impression is, unique item drops were severely reduced this league.

this is probably to compensate for the new option to get them by doing prophecies.
