[2.4] Veruso's Earthquake: Battering Ram Earthquake Build Guide

Veruso's seem pretty handy for Juggernauts. Always nice to see a unique I haven't come across before show up in a cool build.

I can't say as I'd use it with EQ, because I shudder to imagine making a second EQ character....But it IS a nice idea.


I have to wonder exactly how far you could push your tankiness with Juggernaut now. 3 Charges on tree, 1 from Oak, 3 standard charges, 1 on belt, 1 on Death's Door, 1 on Juggernaut itself, 2 from wearing 2 Kaom's Way...

12 Charges total.

Endurance Charges at base grant:
4% Physical Damage Reduction per
4% All Resistance per

Juggernaut adds:
6% Increased Damage per
8% Reduced Elemental Damage at Maximum

Kaom's Way each add:
.4% Maximum Life Regenerated per.

The tree adds:
.2% Maximum Life Regenerated per

Veruso's would add:
4% Melee Damage per

In total, with those items, juggernaut, and maximum endurance charges, you would have...

12% Maximum Life Regeneration
72% Increased Global Damage
48% Increased Melee Damage
8% Reduced Elemental Damage Taken
48% Physical Damage Reduction
48% All Resistance
Immunity to Bleeding

That's a lot of tankiness, and a lot of damage. Assuming you use a Melee skill for all your damage, that's actually 120% increased damage. The life regen is a significant defensive boost, so much so that it would almost render the bleed immunity a waste, even with Corrupted Blood. You'd be Elemental Weakness capped basically for free, allowing you to deal with the resistance issue that wearing so many uniques would cause without harm. Last I knew, that 8% reduced equated to approximately 1% maximum all resistance. The life regeneration would also trivialize most poison effects, and ignite, making any lack of chaos resistance less damaging. Even more so if you grab Purity of Flesh, for that 20% Ccgaos resistance.

That actually sounds like a really cool build, I kind of want to make a Max Endurance Charge character now. All I need is the Death's Door... I guess I should start saving for them.

Actually, if I went with a somewhat cheesy build, like say, Double Bino's Viper Strike, each of those could give me another 12% chaos resistance. Or maybe Iron Will and Blood Magic, with Double Apep's Rage, for the 10% from each. Or maybe just do the smart, non cheesy thing and just try to get gear with Chaos Resistance on it, in my available slots....Which are only my belt, helm, chest, amulet, and shield. So not many open slots, after all those uniques.

yeah, it would definitely be interesting to try out a 12 end charge build for the unique :P its definitely a good unique to play around with though ;)
